It is by means of this communication that I would like to officially announce the

Our States and communities participating together in a new working model for our country, one that reflects the ideals and views of the American people.

Our parents, and grandparents and forefathers worked hard, and contributed decades of taxpayer money to develop leading innovations, projects and valueable resources that set us above and apart, built with American pride.

Our legacy must continue to evolve and reflect the growing needs of our country and the willingness and readiness of individuals and communities to

participate in our growing nation.

Much like an American Co-op for American Legacy and Assets to be Retained

It is through this letter I would like to request your support and participation with a new working model that secures our hard work and taxpayers' money investments, important agency work, and American legacy.

This moves our country to establish officially 1/50th of the Federal government assets, including critical American agencies, work, and contributions throughout the decades, allocated to each State and for the State and communities to retain and engage with directly as part of a new model for our country the
